Before coaching high school baseball to four straight state championships, and before helping businesses build revenue machines, he was a college athlete. That early experience taught him that success is built on discipline, teamwork, and a healthy obsession with improvement. Today, that same competitive drive fuels his approach to helping partners level up their sales, systems, and strategy.
With a background in media sales, sales training, and team management, Chris brings a deep understanding of what it takes to build new revenue channels and scale smart. Whether launching new products, leading workshops, or helping teams find their rhythm, he brings a coach’s mindset into every room he enters.

Outside the office, he stays just as busy thanks to his two boys, both athletes who keep evenings and weekends filled with baseball, football, and plenty of sideline time. Brian Ly

Chief Innovation Officer

As Chief of Innovation at Soulvere, Brian Ly brings over a decade of experience in digital marketing, blending technical expertise with a passion to help businesses grow. His background spans both agency and in-house roles, giving him a unique perspective on what it takes to create strategies that don’t just look good on paper—but actually move the needle.

Brian’s specialties include conversion optimization, search and display advertising, and building digital marketing strategies that work smarter, not harder. He’s a firm believer in telling stories through data and treating every client’s business like it’s his own family’s—because when you care that much, the results tend to follow.
Outside the office, Brian’s either on the soccer pitch (still convinced Messi is the GOAT), detailing his car, or chasing his one-year-old son around—training early for future father-son sports sessions.

Eric King

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer at Soulvere, Eric brings a decade of multidisciplinary experience across development, product ownership, and technical project leadership. A self-starter by nature, he has spent the last ten years immersed in technology—not just through formal education, but through hands-on work, personal innovation, and an unwavering commitment to lifelong learning.

With a foundational degree in Game Design and technical certifications in Web Development from UNC Charlotte, Eric has cultivated a deep, practical understanding of software systems and scalable solutions. This blend of creative thinking and structured execution has fueled his success across both startup and enterprise settings.

In his role at Soulvere, Eric is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology vision, overseeing all technical projects, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic objectives. More than just a builder, he is a communicator — someone who translates complexity into clarity, bridges the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, and cultivates a technology culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and accountability.

Outside of work, Eric lives and breathes creativity. An avid gamer and lover of all things nerd culture, he spends time diving into tabletop games, trading card battles, and immersive RPGs. When not solving tech challenges or planning product architecture, you’ll find him exploring new recipes, baking artisan bread, or catching a game with friends. Whether it’s on the field, at the table, or in the kitchen, Eric brings the same curiosity, passion, and drive that fuels his work as a technology leader.

Nick Wimmer

Chief Operations Officer

With over 20 years of experience as a business leader and creative strategist, Nick has honed expertise in strategic planning, team development, and brand creation and communication. He is passionate about helping companies and individuals bring their vision to life and connect with their target audience to achieve meaningful results.

Nick is proud to serve as Chief Operations Officer at Soulvere, where he oversees organizational operations, brand strategy, and company culture. His tenacity for problem-solving is matched only by his passion for building strong relationships. Formally Nick helped develop innovative software and technology in the digital marketing space, successfully launching it in over eight cities nationwide. That success became the catalyst for Soulvere’s mission—creating powerful partnerships with businesses and agency owners seeking smart, effective solutions.

In his “spare” time, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four kids, fishing the coastal waterways of the Southeast, and cooking and entertaining guests at home. 

Sok Verdery

Chief Executive Officer

Sok is a serial strategist and a generalist in all aspects software product development, digital marketing, and technology integrations that help streamline operations and processes applied to sales strategy and revenue growth.

He has helped integrate or build software for inventory management, e-commerce, coupon syndication, and marketing data and insights.

Previous ventures include an online coupon management software he co-developed and ran for over 12 years and a white-labeled digital advertsiing platform called DashHound that he and his team engineered and ran for over 6 years.

And a self-proclaimed foodie and world traveler, Sok is passionate about helping business owners and their teams find the right solutions to help improve their business systems.
